Building a new home or adding on to your existing one? Tebbetts Roofing & Maintenance handles new roof installation from decking to ridge cap. We work with your general contractor or architect to coordinate scheduling, material selection, and code compliance for your Tebbetts build.
Our New Roof Installation Process
Project Planning
Meet with our Tebbetts project coordinator to select materials, review color options, and confirm the installation scope. We work with your GC or architect to ensure the roof spec meets the overall building design.
Material Delivery & Staging
Materials delivered and staged on-site the day before installation. Shingle pallets, underlayment rolls, flashing stock, ridge vent, and fasteners, everything confirmed against the project spec sheet.
Expert Installation
Our Tebbetts crew installs every layer to manufacturer specifications: underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, starter strip, field material, hip and ridge caps, and ventilation. Every fastener placed per the manufacturer nailing schedule.
Final Inspection
Final quality check against manufacturer installation requirements. Building inspection coordinated through our Tebbetts office. Warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.

Why Choose Tebbetts Roofing & Maintenance for New Roof Installation?
New Construction Specialists
We install new roofs on new builds every week. Our Tebbetts crews know the pace, the coordination, and the quality standards that new construction demands.
Material Selection Guidance
Shingles, metal, flat systems. We install all of them and help you choose based on your budget, design, and the demands of MO climate.
Ventilation Design
We calculate intake and exhaust per IRC R806 for every new install. Balanced ventilation extends roof life and cuts energy costs. Most contractors skip this step.
Code Compliance
Every installation meets IRC building code and local Tebbetts amendments. Proper underlayment, ice barrier, and fastener patterns documented for inspection.
About Our Tebbetts New Roof Installation Services
Proper ventilation is the most overlooked element in new roof installation. We calculate intake and exhaust requirements per IRC R806 based on your attic square footage. Balanced ventilation (soffit intake matched to ridge exhaust) keeps your attic cooler in summer and drier in winter, extending roof life and reducing energy costs.
We handle everything from permits through final inspection. Our Tebbetts office pulls the roofing permit, coordinates material delivery, schedules the crew, and arranges the building inspection. Your GC or project manager gets regular updates and we stay on schedule.
